Is there a monthly subscription or minimum spend?
No subscription and no minimum spend. Buy credits when you need them. Unused credits never expire. There is no monthly fee of any kind.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. New accounts get 1,000 free Phone Lookup credits and 100 free DNC Lookup credits (plus 1,000 Gender and 1,000 ZIP credits) with no payment information required. Purchases go through PayPal checkout, which also accepts credit and debit cards.
Are CSV batch validations and API calls both billed the same?
Yes — one credit per phone number, whether it is an API call, a CSV row, or a single check in the web app. In CSV files every phone cell counts, so put all numbers in one Phone column.
Is volume pricing available?
